funkmasta
So i have an Inspiron 8600 on which I've used the JaS 10.4.8 install for SSE2. A few questions about how to proceed from here. 1. Is it safe to update this to 10.4.9 and then to 10.4.10 using the methods described here? 2. I think I've read somewhere that in order to use the new iTunes, Office 2008 and Safari 3, I need to be updated to a certain revision. Is this true and if so, what revision is it? 3. Can I get my media buttons to work with iTunes? 4. Is there any hope for scrolling on my trackpad? I can't think of anything else, but if anyone has any answers, I would really appreciate it. Thanks all.

vidvh
I can help you with just one. 2. I just finished installing Jas 10.4.8, and I upgraded my iTunes, and when I run it it says that 10.4.9 is needed.
SticMAC™
If you want to run these programs but do not want to update use a programme called "sysver10.4.xx.zip" search and find this will tell OS it is 10.4.11 and all your software will install!
