Anyone successfully install on a Dell Latitude D600?

Pentium M Dothan, 1.6GHZ

2GB of RAM

HARD DRIVE..., 40GB

ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9000

 

 

 

i'v juste installed iatkos v5i in my d600 and it's working fine the only thing that dosn't work is the ethernt so there is the configuratin that i'v used :

pc-effi

apple decrypte

apple smbios-28

voodoo kernel

apic driver

disabler

remove thermal kext

graphics-update

natit

intel sata

intel ahci sata

intel speed b

It installs and works but not correctly. Are you able to play videos or DVDs on you D600. If you can, let me know. I had the same exact problem w/ the 700M. The video doesn't work properly so you can't play any videos or DVDs.

I had Tiger running on my 1.6GHz D600 back in the day. Problem is that the Radeon 9000 was never supported under OSX and there is no way to get it with QE/CI. The nearest was with a hack called Callisto, which enabled you to run some videos in a QT window.

Just don't expect too much from your D600.
