hakeem9
Hey guys, I've been reading around and most threads cover the scenario of having had Windows already on the system - I installed onto a brand new formatted blank HDD. I followed Onetrack's superb 10.5 installation guide (http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=72493) and have an almost flawless 10.5.1 system. I now need to, either on one of my two existing drives within Leopard or a new HDD, get XP/Vista added to the system. What's the best way to proceed? I'm sorry if this is covered somewhere but I did search and couldn't really find any conclusive info unless XP was already on the system beforehand. BartNijland
Install XP/Vista to a HDD where Leopard is not installed. Boot from that HDD, and you'll boot into XP/Vista. For XP I would recommend the chain0 method (search forum) and for Vista I would recommend downloading the free VistaBootPro application. Good luck Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/79274-hackpro-installed-105-onto-a-brand-new-hdd-how-do-i-dual-boot/#findComment-561973 Share on other sites
