HoboKindaDude Posted December 28, 2007 Share Posted December 28, 2007 Okay I am new to this whole Hackintosh thing and I am trying to put together my own system and I don't know what to buy. Heres what i want to do with this machine. 1. Have leopard istalled running as best as possible (of course) 2. Run Vista in VmWare. 3. Run Raid 5. I only want to run raid 5 because I heard it makes things run faster on the harddrives unless there is a better alternative to raid 5. Please reply back. I am new and it is too much things to be searching for in forums and i just wanted to narrow this down. Just tell me what hardware to get and how to do this basically. You guys rock.
