My hardware(will this work)

Hello all,

 

I recently upgraded to a am2 athlon 64 so that I could support ddr2 ram(I also find it a bit more fast)

 

I have a

 

Ecs K8M890M-M mainboard that has ddr2,sata,onboard lan,sound,and video. specs can be seen here and it is based on a via chipset

I have a E-vga geforce 7600gt 256mb

 

A ide 80gb hdd

dvdrw/cdrw drive

 

Can anyone tell me which release or version will work or give me some usefull stuff
