THESEXPISTOL Posted December 25, 2007 Share Posted December 25, 2007 Hi I installed leopard 10.5.1 from kaliway dvd.. My ethernet from my Gigabyte X38-DQ6 worked out of the box.. But when i restart the ethernet stops working.. without a explainable reason.. scfp Posted December 25, 2007 Share Posted December 25, 2007 I have the same board as you to fix your network search for RTGMac_v1.1.6.zip it's a installer so it easy fix you can find it on the realtek site. The shutdown restart problem is very annoying mine will shutdown every now and then but never restart it exits system properly but just doesn't power down, sleep and wake is ok Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

scfp Posted December 26, 2007 Share Posted December 26, 2007 Ok once you have RTGMac_v1.16.zip unzip the file and you get 3 files RELEASE.TXT, RTGNICv1.16.pkg and uninstall.command just double click RTGNICv1.1.6.pkg RTGMac_v1.1.6.zip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
