joeythefish
I want to create my own hackintosh, but as of late I seem to be hitting a brick wall. I thought it was a pretty straight forward deal, what with the kalyway & patched leopard. But who knew you had to actually have a mac to create a hacked one? If I'm wrong could someone please help point me in the right direction. Thanks

joeythefish
I've got a Intel machine, actually its a Gateway MT6821, which I've read is pretty compatible. My problem right now is extracting this kalyway_osx86dvd_Leopard_9a527.iso.zip in a windows enviroment. I've tried winzip, it give an error: start of central directory failed, zip file corrupt. But the file downloaded flawlessly. So maybe I'll start as you mentioned with the 10.4.8.
