I would go at least quad core... 16gb ram (8gb would do) probably like a 5tb raid 0+1 videocard, I'm not sure yet... because in a hackintosh world, high ends arent very well supported... other than that, I would definitely get mac keyboard and wireless mighty mouse... and of course a remote control for frontrow, and a 54inch plasma as a monitor..
