Replace all *.kext with EFI?

almost.. make sure you have a dsmos.kext & you will need to proceed with caution as far as efiruntime.kext & smbios.kext & ioatafamily & ionetworking.....


at a guess, I'd say that you should be able to get it down to 2 or 3 modified/added/removed kexts with experimentation.. expect to end up non-bootable once or twice on the way.


If any of that seems daunting, just be happy with what you have.
