Hi there, I'm new at this

I just installed MAC OS X 10.4.9 successfully, had make an hack to ethernet and can connect just fine, now the problem is screen resolution

I can only select 1024x768, which my laptop res is 1280x800

how do is set it?

I've done the following ways, but still ended with no luck

<key>Kernel</key>

<string>mach_kernel</string>

<key>Kernel Flags</key>

<string></string>

<key>Boot Graphics</key>

<string>Yes</string>

<key>Quiet Boot</key>

<string>No</string>

<key>Timeout</key>

<string>5</string>

<key>Graphics Mode</key>

<string>1280×1024×32</string>

<key>Kernel</key>

<string>mach_kernel</string>

<key>Kernel Flags</key>

<string>"Graphics Mode"="1280x800x32"</string>

<key>Boot Graphics</key>

<string>Yes</string>

<key>Quiet Boot</key>

<string>No</string>

<key>Timeout</key>

<string>5</string>

both of them not working... anyone can help me?

without CI/QE enabled (core image - quartz extreme) you will not have so much fun with your hackintosh, irregardless of whether you get your res fixed.

Need more specs about your machine for further suggestions, esp. graphic card...

ciao,
