post_break Posted November 2, 2007 Share Posted November 2, 2007 So I have this toshiba satellite running 10.4.6 and I havent touch it in years. I was wondering if I could upgrade it to 10.4.8 hoping this would fix the problem of my atheros wireless card not working along with the crappy realtek audio not working. Can I simply download the intel 10.4.8 update and install it or am I going to have to jump through many hoops to get this working? Looking forward for some help. Konami® Posted November 2, 2007 Share Posted November 2, 2007 If I was you, I will go to Demonoid and download the XXX 10.4.10 install disc, is only over 1 GB of download but is the best distro so far. If you want only to update you need to download the one released by OSX86 developers not directly from Apple Update, it will break your system.
