If you have Application Enhancer you might run into serious issues with Leopard. This problem comes from versions prior to 2.0.3. Apple itself has posted a way to get around this if you mess up and install it with an older APE, but it involves going into single user mode.

 

So if you're an APE user, make sure you have 2.0.3 (if you just can't part with APE) or you delete everything the knowledge base says to delete before installing Leopard.
