One way to resolve the ip address is to use the network utility, do a query on your-27e1513d96 and it will resolve with an ip address. try a port scan to see if it is acting as a server... Most amusingly though is the icon with the CRT and BSOD. cute touch. Apple really wants to {censored} MS off. manitoba98 Posted October 28, 2007 Share Posted October 28, 2007 I suspect that any Windows PC which responds to Bonjour (and perhaps WINS) requests shows up, regardless of which server it is. I'd follow melchior's instructions, and also check if there's any Windows machine called "your-27e1513d96" on your internal network. (If it's a shared internal network, like at a college, then it could be someone else's.)
