I made the 10.4.10 uopdate, but my computer doesnt' boot (it restart just after the "darwin" message) So I Deleted all the System/Library/Extensions Folder, and I replaced it with the "10410Save" (or something like that) automatically created while the update. I had replaced the new "mach_kernel" by the old one. Now I can boot (I can see the apple image), but nothing happens... I really don't understand. I cannot boot in safe mode because Darwin doesn't ask me if I want! thanks for your help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
romainmatu Posted October 15, 2007 Author Share Posted October 15, 2007 Ok, I just found the way to boot in safe mode by editing the apple.boot.plist, I will try this to see what file is in fault... but, before this, can you tell me If I correctly restored all files ?
