TimeMachine
I've already got a working external USB hardrive, but the computer I'm using cannot boot USB. And its about time to get a new computer. So will this computer work for running OS x off an external hardrive? ZeWarrior
Probably would if its BIOS has the option for USB-HDD Booting. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/64444-will-this-computer-work/#findComment-456261 Share on other sites
~pcwiz
Yes, any computer that has the ability to boot from USB (BIOS setting) should boot the external drive. The drive will boot, but no telling if OS X is gonna work, though with your hardware, it seems like it should. ~pcwiz
Whoops, sorry, the graphics card isn't supported in OS X. You could make it even better by using an Intel Processor instead of AMD.
