MacWeenie
I am currently running Uphuck 10.4.9 on a Dell Dimension 4550. I have successfully installed dogbert's CMI8738 audio driver and I can get sound just fine. However, I also want to be able to have my Hackintosh announce the time. When I open the date & time settings in the System Preferences and click on the Clock tab, followed by clicking on the Customize Voice button, the voice is grayed out to the System Voice. I cannot get any voice output. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you correct it? Do you know what extension(s) control the system voice? Thanks!
