Vmware 5 vs. 5.5

I used same vmdk image of installed osx86 8f1111 from vmware 5 onto vmware 5.5, it worked good on vmware 5, but gives me a panic on vmware 5.5.

I tried to install 8f111A (JAS' / MAXXUSS patches) on vmware 5.5, i get a frozen Apple white screen.

So I upgraded 8f1111 to 8f111A on vmware 5, and will keep it that way until i get to know what is the problem with vmware 5.5.

I will not try again on my PC (Dell Dimension 8300) because last time I installed ok but lost 5 partitions

Let me know if you have succeeded to install in vmware 5.5 (i am using latest build which is 5.5.1.19175.
