squeeks
so now that i got a real mac, ive reinstalled OSX (real version) twice and tried several installs of leopard, well now i got this GUID partition table thing (the partition system that real intel macs use to boot from) stuck in my head that, that is what is needed to install any OSX (either real or osx86)... so trying to install OSX86 again i couldn't figure out why it wanted the harddrive to be formatted with Master boot record, well, duh cause a PC has to boot from MBR ive been messing around with it for the longest time trying to figure out why my guid boot record drive with osx86 wouldnt boot...i feel dumb Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/58970-boot-issue-i-hate-real-macs/ Share on other sites
