Mactelman
so is anyone gonna help me or what As far as the not shutting down or restarting, and having to do it manually. Basically, you don't have a fully compatable chipset, it's as simple as that. My guess is it's not intel. I don't know what shapeshifter is, but I do know that the logitech control center is one of the problems listed as not working right now for Mac OS x86. Finally, as far as preview goes, I can't view any images in it either. Find another solution. thrunner
MSI K8N Diamond SLI (nForce 4 SLI)AMD Athlon X2 4200+ 64-bit Dual-Core @ 2420mhz Leadtek 7800GTX MyVIVO @ 490/1300 *no acceleration... r u f***ing kidding me* I am sure this is a great setup for WinXP gaming, but on the MacOSX86 the ACPI and graphics (QE, CI) is not supported. Try: At the Darwin Boot Screen type this : platform=X86PC Note : This disables all ACPI functions. Note2: This also disables HyperThreading Note3: For some, this can cause your system to not boot when entered. http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/SpeedBoost try the forum search and the wiki as well for more help.
