1) Not sure about the sound

2) Make sure you repair permissions

3) Try Callisto

1) ok..i try to ask other forum or search elsewhere in web.

2) do it in Terminal? any command line you can insert here with steps?

3) I read the README in Callisto....i'm confused with the steps and ALOT steps.

Any PKG installer for Callisto? i cant find any...

THANKS AGAIN

After you install Callisto, you have to configure it either way, so it makes not much of a difference.

Either go to Applications -> Disk Utility and repair permissions, or, in Terminal, type in diskutil repairpermissions <diskname>

Well, if you use some sort of package to install it, you still have to edit it afterwords.

well ok think i really have to follow the steps indicated in the README.

thx alot RAMM (the most active and only person replied to people like us :):jester: )

@ Ramm reinstalled driver & do a repair disc permission.

it works back but if i restart my PC again or rather each time, i get this message.

The system extension “/System/Library/Extensions/ViaRhine.kext“ was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update.

That means you messed up the permissions on the kext, or you just dragged the kext to the Extensions folder without fixing them. Open Terminal and type in:

sudo chmod -R 755 /System/Library/Extensions/ViaRhine.kext && sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/Extensions/ViaRhine.kext

Then reboot.

i got this...

:~ root# sudo chmod -R 755 /System/Library/Extensions/ViaRhine.kext && sudo chown -R

usage: chown [-fhv] [-R [-H | -L | -P]] owner[:group] file ...

chown [-fhv] [-R [-H | -L | -P]] :group file ...

:~ root# root:wheel /System/Library/Extensions/ViaRhine.kext

How can i revert back to old display driver and setting from here when i cant see a single thing?

EDIT: ignore, i found the keys to safe boot.
