Constantmeiring Posted June 22, 2007 Share Posted June 22, 2007 Okay, I have tried just about everything to get my sound up and running on mac os x 10.4.9 on my Asus F3H notebook. It has a 950GMA chipset. Thing is, I can't really figuire out what sound card it has. In windows it uses a sigmatel audio driver, and in linux (lspci) it's a intel ICH7 hd audio device (I can post the precise name if needed.) The closest I've come to having sound, is aparently making mac os X believe that there is a working sound card, as you can change the volume, play sound, etc., but into psydo speakers. Does anybody have a feint idea of what sound card the Asus F3H actually has, and how i can get it to work with mac os x? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
