Software Updater
This might sound really stupid but read all the way through. I have a Dell Inspiron 8200. I downloaded Mac OS X 10.4 and burned it to a DvD (Using Active@ Iso) only to find out the Dell Inspiron dosent have a DvD Drive, so I was wondering is there any way I can install it from a network location? Or is there a way I can install it spanning multiple CD's and have it prompt for CD 2,3,4,5,6 etc... Thanks -Hayden
xtremeskier97
It would be best/easier to get a dvd drive. They are cheap.
Software Updater
So is there no other way? I really cant afford one at the moment. I also want to try other ways before reverting to it for a one time use.
xtremeskier97
What about just taking the one out of your system and put it in that one for testing...then reinstall when done? Sure it's a bit more work, but this is what i had to do..along with my keyboard.

spartango
There is another option: get VMWare Server. then do a VMWare install with the iso mounted in Daemon tools--there are directions on the OSx86 project wiki. If u need help, pm me. That is free and relatively easy. Also, worst comes to worst, you can do a deadmoo image install, i can explain it later.
