via chipset

prescott 3.4

ATI 9700

IBM IDE drive 60

2gig ram dual channel

(this system run 10.4.1 without any problem)

any idea???

hi the method I am using to install is just booting a DVD with a iso image burnt into it , I have tryied it on another machine and it worked fine ...

Yes my procesor supports SSE3 , Its a Pentium M 2.0 GHZ 2mb Cache L2.

And I would also like to say that friends of mine have installed from the same image in other machines without problems ...

But does anyone know what this message means or when does this happen ??

I googled the error message and there's nothing clear ... I found people mentioning this but no answers ...

Do you speak spanish ?, because you're in Argentina.

Please if you are going to continue this in spanish use the "Non-English Forum".

You can make a link to the new thread.

BTW, yo también hablo en español.

As far as I know the Pentium M processors does not have SSE3, but I could be wrong, Anyway you mention your method was booting with a DVD, didi you patched, if so, which patches?

Also which version and buld of Mac OS are you installing?
