Biostar 945P A7

Just doing a bit of searching here and on the Wiki. It states that this board is compatible with OSx86, what I'm curious about is the Intel 82801 SATA support. Is SATA supported, or is there a patch that needs to be applied?

The wiki doesn't give too much information about it. Thanks in advance :dev:

Ok, so far, I got the install done, and it went fast. On reboot, the computer doesn't boot to any device. None at all. Press F9, it does nothing, press Delete, and it won't go into the BIOS..kinda lost on this one. Probably something to do with this drive, is it nearing the end of it's life. Any thoughts?

EDIT: Turns out the HDD was bad, unfortunately, but now, with 2 different DVDs (JaS 10.4.8 and uphuck's 10.4.9) I'm getting a the grey screen of death. You know the one, the "You need to restart your computer"

CPU: Intel Pentium D 940 3.2Ghz

MB: Biostar i945P A7 v1

RAM: OCZ Gold Edition DDR2 667 2 x 1GB

HDD: Hitachi Deskstar 160GB SATAII HDD

DVDRW: SONY DVDRW DL IDE

Grr...I know the JaS DVD works, I used it on my AMD rig..I'm missing something..
