Here's the story:

I know these machines with the Power6 processors are for high end enterprise servers but I wonder if they'll release a smaller/cheaper blade microserver at some point in the future. It would be really interesting if they could run OSX (they already run unix). I run audio apps and there are quite a few little gems that haven't/won't be made into UB's. I bet Virtual PC and Photoshop CS2 would also scream if OSX could run on such machines.

Before anyone mistakes this fact...the Power6 is not the same as POWER PC (G6?). They are completely different. The G5's were a watered down version of Power4 architecture. The Power6 is meant for high end servers, and was not even remotely designed for modern desktop usgae. :(

High-end stuff like that will *only* run UNIX, usually specialized versions that are vendor specific. The Power6 will be running AIX v6.1, later down the road there'll probably be Linux and/or BSD builds for it done by the community.
