Formatting OS X Partition and Having Vista Boot First

Okay, so I've decided that Mac OS X and Vista dual booting isn't what I want. I'm trying to regain control over having Windows Vista boot first as well as format the partition in which OS X is on so that I can use that partition for something else.

Can someone please guide me through, or shed some light on what steps I need to take in order to do this?

By the way, in msconfig on Vista there is no "boot" it's completely blank. Any ideas why?

You need to set your Vista partition as active:

Start a command shell, then type:

diskpart (can be a little slow so be patient)

sel disk 0

sel part 0 (I'm assuming your Vista partition is the first partition on the disk)

active

exit

If you check in your msconfig now, the Vista boot info should be there.
