oakley242424 Posted April 20, 2007 Share Posted April 20, 2007 I basicly know how to edit kext files, but i don't know which file to edit for my M55 toshiba laptop with a intel 915 gms gpu. I am also wondering why my screensavers don't work, they are really slow, and iphoto can't even complete transitions under 5 minutes, it insane, the dashboard works, the dock works, all the window effects work, but iphoto dosn't work, itunes visualiers work, and ppowerpoint works but the screensavers don't work and iphoto dosn't. See if you have Core image and quartz extreme. If you don't have either ......... do a search to find how to fix it. Wether you have 64 or 128 mb you shouldn't have the problems you described. oakley242424 Posted April 21, 2007 Author Share Posted April 21, 2007 ok i found a fourm about the 915 gm here http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=889 but it says to find a AppleIntel915 Kext which i don't have the only appleintel kext i have has to do with the power manager.
