Probably not, but I hope that there is. Thanks for your help! -Steve Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/47313-hi-there/ Share on other sites

BBond007
You might be able to mount the ISO under VMWARE and install from to a raw disk. I have never done this (I have multiple DVD burners) but I have heard it is possible. good luck. dudeness3
I'm on Linux right now btw and I spent all of my money on Mac OS X and getting the patch. And I do NOT want virtualization, I want Mac OS X as my one and only OS Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/47313-hi-there/#findComment-338783 Share on other sites

dudeness3
I had to order Mac OS X family pack from apple.com I had to use the rest of my check on bills Do you think I should do it illegaly? Because I don't mess with Apple, and I would never do anything illegaly Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/47313-hi-there/#findComment-338793 Share on other sites
The Shaun
You cannot install OS X from official Apple discs onto standard PC hardware. Even if you could, according to the EULA it would be illegal. You just blew a whole lot of money if you don't have any Macs around the house. SA22C
Not only did you buy OS X without any need to, you've probably got the Power PC version. I don't believe the Intel version is available anywhere for individual purchase, you need to buy an Intel Mac to get the Intel version of OS X. Too bad.
