My Biostar mainboard uses the nForce4 410 + GeForce 6100 integrated graphics solution.

See this NVIDIA page for details.

Now, this uses a different device ID from the regular nForce 4 chipset. I have tried the nForce4 driver from this Wiki-linked thread but it does not work.

nForce4 AC97 audio: 0x005910de

nF4 410 AC97 audio: 0x026b10de

nForce4 PATA IDE: 0x005310de

nF4 410 PATA IDE: 0x026510de

This is confirmed by the Linux PCI ID listing.

Now the more 'interesting' problem is that I have tried to edit the Info.plist file and add the aforementioned strings. However, attempting to load the driver after doing so does not make any difference.

Does anyone else have the same chipset and have gotten their sound and IDE loading the driver?

That's the same mobo I have. Here are my kext files, they should work w/o any editing since you have the same id's.
