Network problem

Hello there, Im able to find my normal cable-networkcard if I goto "about this computer" and "more info" and then "network".

 

I can see "Ethernet(integrated) Type en0"

and

"FireWire(integrated) fw0"

in the list.

 

But if Im going to systempreferenses and then network Im unable to find my card in the list, the only thing I can see there is my firewire port.

 

Is there any patch I need or any sort of configing/fixing to make it work?
