Everyone remember one of the major gripes with Finder not updating its folder listings when you delete a folder?

 

Well, Explorer now has the EXACT same bug.

 

For example, create some folders, such as the following

 

01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20

 

Using Explorer, delete folders 01, 02, 03, 04, 05

 

In the left hand folders view, the folders will still be present but will not show up in the right hand folder listing.

This also happens after manually refreshing folders.

 

They will resync after exactly 10 minutes.

 

Managed to do it twice under Windows Vista Ultimate RTM with all current updates.

 

Then, there are a few more bugs that I found in the first hour of having it on my Macbook Pro, but this was one of those holy {censored} moments.

 

Same bug as we had in Finder showing up in Explorer.

 

Stopped trying after twice by the way, it wasn't a problem solved after Vista saw that it happened.

More of a joke really.

 

So many people talk about how Microsoft is ripping off Apple's ideas and now a long term bug in Finder has appeared in the new Windows Operating System that already appears to have "borrowed" quite a bit from Apple.
