BarryBar
I would to buy a new video card… ATI Sapphire Radeon X1950PRO 256MB PCI-e Dual DVI Asus EN7900GS / 2DHT 256MB PCI-e Dual DVI Whic is the best? for dual display and other? Thanks It is almost becoming my duty to warn people for the x1950 pro. I have the Sapphire and it is not compatible with the ATIRadeonX1000.kext. If you edit this kext for QE and CI you will get a kernel panic. So with Natit it is possible to load the ATINDRV.kext and this means resolution change but for the moment no QE and CI. Maybe the upcoming new NEO installer will solve this but I would not bet on this. So if you want ATI you have more chance for a fully working card with the x1950 XT or x1950 xtx with device id 7240 which is already in the ATIRadeonX1000.ketx present so no editing required. Otherwise the Asus works most probably fully with Titan. Good luck with your new card Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/37528-x1950pro-vs-en7900gs-pci-e-256mb/#findComment-267297 Share on other sites

BarryBar
One of the main reason I bought the x1950 pro is that it is for its money a good gaming card in windows XP that is. Especialy the anti aliasing of ATI and the details in games are better with this ATI card I think. On the other hand there is one review which said that the Open GL performance of this card is less than the 7900 GS. One link to this conclusion but htere are more http://www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=35148 Like you I hope the card will be supported in Leopard if I have not sold it beforehand.
