neeko Posted January 6, 2007 Share Posted January 6, 2007 You'd have to boot from a SATA rom drive. If not, boot from USB by conifiguring in the BIOS, and use an external DVD rom drive. Or, if you have the means use a pata/sata converter on your rom drive. Here's a little MacGuyver that I did - the case for an external drive is usually pata, so I hooked up an old DVD rom drive to it and had a makeshift external DVD rom drive. Yay me. Now I'm at the point where it won't recognise my partitions in my comp. My brain hurts. Can anyone help me and this guy out from here?
