jalavoui,

i have a 4965. and i have Xcode. I would like to help testing. I'm affraid i can't help programming. I know c (but not c++) a bit. And i can program simple program's with GUI in linux, but i don't know much about developing drivers. I have developed a very simple driver for the parallel port implemented in a program once. Please let me know if i can help, and how i could help.

Greetings Koen.

p.s. for clarity you might consider giving the files on code.google version (svn revision) numbers.

I appreciate the work you guys are doing trying to get iwi3945 to work. I just got OS X going on my e1705 in under an hour - with MUCH less effort than it takes to install an advanced linux distribution...this is due to brilliant programmers such as yourselfs. I am going to keep an eye on this thread so I know when you make a breakthrough!

Thanks

Mike

jalavoui, I'm running leopard 10.5 on thinkpad x60 tablet, is there any version of iwl3945 that currently works ? also how to i manually get the stuff from the pkg file and modprobe manually ? if I do it auto I get in to a situation where the machine won't boot and keeps on making reboot. also if you can give me instructions for giving you logs if you need more help, I'm very versed in Linux.
