Roman78
Hello there... I've just downloaded OSx86 10.4.1 And it's working greate on my Athlon X64 3000+. But i tried to install it on other machines, like Duron 1600 and P-IV 1600 (512 MB Ram indeed) but that don't work. What are the minumum requirements for OSx86 10.4.1? OSX run's good on an G3-500 so why not on the Duron? Does the cpu mis somethink? Gr Roman

Gr Roman minumum requirements for OSx86 10.4.1: CPU with SSE2 (min) or SSE3 (ideal) A duron has no SSE2 and no SSE3 support so it can't work. Okee. so a Athlon XP should work? But a Pentium IV-1600 should have sse2 or not?

AthlonXP doesn't have SSE2...whether it's a AMD or Intel brand CPU, they need SSE2, preferably SSE3.
