I Used istumbler to search for other wireless networks nearby and noted all the channels, I set my airport express to a different channel to the other 9 - 10 networks in my area, now only me and someone else are on the same channel, all others are on same channel number.. oh i find Channel 2 best for some reason.! I then Went into Airport Admin Util and changed 802.11b/g to 802.11g only. Finally I and Hopfully you have a Great Connection anywhere in my/your house,. macprodan Posted December 17, 2006 Author Share Posted December 17, 2006 Please post if this helped out in any way as i`m sure this needs addressing by apple.... there is no reason why it should work better with compatibility mode off for b/g networks.... i assume some people need both setups to work.
