Full Installer 14.7.2 ????

You should install Mist (https://github.com/ninxsoft/Mist/releases/tag/v0.20.1),

Launch it and "Export List..." and search in  "Mist Installer YYYY-MM-DD." (json or plist) file produced the build you need (ie. 23H309 for 14.7.2)

and extract the link .../InstallAssistant.pkg

Thank you.

I have now installed "Mist" based on your advice.

What use is "Mist" to me if this Sonoma 14.7.2 is not included.

I have already installed the tool "Download Full Installer.app" myself, it is the same as "Mist",

so I don't need Mist, as it doesn't have the most up-to-date stuff just like the Download Full Installer.

Hi

How can't you see Sonoma 14.7.2 ?

I completely overlooked the settings in "Mist".
I have now checked all build versions (Developer, Public, etc.) and now I can see the 14.7.2 Beta.
Thank you, dear friends.

I wonder why the tool "Download Full Installer.app" does not show these betas, even though everything is set up correctly.

@AlfredoM

You are right, Download Full Installer shows only the beta of the latest macOS.

This app is not updated by the dev since macOS Big Sur 11.

I have updated the app on my GitHub, icons up to Sequoia, but I'm not a coder and I can't fix this issue.

Anyway, Mist works perfectly without issues although in my opinion it's a bit too much application for what I want, which is why I liked the simpler Download Full Installer.

Thanks @miliuco for the tip about the other "Download FullInstaller App".

Github says version 2.2.0 but if you go to "About" you can see that it is the old 1.2 from 2021.

I think you can forget about the "Download FullInstaller App" for good and use NR {censored} to get the latest betas.

Hi.

It's strange with Download Full Installer launched I get

Here only regular releases (normal (regular))                                                                                        CustomerSeed, you'll find what you want Sonoma 14.7.2 (23H309)

DeveloperSeed, you'll find what you want : Sonoma 14.7.2 (23H309)                                                             PublicSeed, you'll find what you want : Sonoma 14.7.2 (23H309)

Strange too on CustomerSeed, DeveloperSeed and PublicSeed

you could find Sequoia Beta 15.2 (24C5089c), Sonoma 14.7.2 (23H309)  but Ventura 13.7.2 (22H312) NOT FOUND (why) ?

Those three releases where published at the same date 2024-11-21.

@matxpa

Yes, strange, I see Sequoia beta only (tried CustomerSeed, DeveloperSeed and PublicSeed). Running it on Sequoia 15.1.1.

As per your images, it's the original app by scriptingosx because icons after Monterey are generic. But I've tried both apps, original and my fork, and in none of them I see any betas other than Sequoia.

If you can think of anything that could be causing this different behavior, please let me know. Thanks!

@miliuco

Hi

Only Sequoia is explicitly beta, Sonoma 14.7.2 and Ventura 13.7.2 aren't considered as beta and nor regular

In the list below on the right you'll see only High Sierra 10.15.5 (17F66a) and Sequoia 15.2 (24C5089c) as Beta, it's the content of each release in the catalogs (beta in title)

Search of "[B|b]eta" into all English.dist (OS only) available in catalogs (Regular, Custom, Public beta and Developer)

041-90855.English.dist:    <choice id="InstallAssistantAuto" description-mime-type="text/html" secondaryDescription="SU_SERVERCOMMENT" suDisabledGroupID="Install macOS High Sierra Beta" start_selected="true" versStr="SU_VERS" description="SU_DESCRIPTION" title="SU_TITLE" start_enabled="true">

041-90855.English.dist:    <strings language="English">"SU_TITLE" = "Install macOS High Sierra Beta";

072-35579.English.dist:    <title>macOS Sequoia Beta</title>

072-35579.English.dist:    <choice id="MajorOSInfo" title="macOS Sequoia Beta" start_enabled="true" start_selected="true">

072-35579.English.dist:    <choice id="InstallAssistantAuto" start_enabled="true" start_selected="true" suDisabledGroupID="macOS Sequoia Beta" versStr="15.2" title="macOS Sequoia Beta">

072-35579.English.dist:    <choice id="InstallAssistantShell" title="macOS Sequoia Beta" start_enabled="true" start_selected="true">

I think that the only problem is the lack of Ventura 13.7.2 (22H312)

@miliuco @AlfredoM @iaihc @LockDown

Hi all.

The app on the right isn't an application, it's just an adaptation of a simple shell, evolution of version(s) from Pike R.Alpha and crazybirdy utility.

This shell is osXmacOSAppBuilder

If you DL it you'll have to execute a chmod 775 osXmacOSAppBuilder on a Terminal session if you want use it

At launch (on Terminal) at first you'll have to choose a directory to create the Application (ie. ex. 13.7.2 Installer macOS Ventura 13.7.2 (22H312).app), best way is to choose Desktop, and NOT one without writing rights.

You can (optional) launch it with parms, 3 max.

first one to trace the execution in a log (default is NO log )

second one : to choose between curl or aria2c to DL catalogs and dists (default is curl )

and third and last one : if you want hear what are Machine ans Bios, OSName, OSVersion, OSRelease (default is without Siri like), it's not very interesting, just funny but not convincing

The best way is to launch it without parameters

Don't use it with Sequoia, it's too slow

Regards
