Advice for new build - Noob needing gentle assistance please.

Hi insanely lot,

 

here's my little story. I built a hackintosh 9 years ago. have been using it for a music production studio lots. It died!

So, ladies and gents. I went and bought some items (stupidly - please be gentle) MSI B560 Torpedo mainboard, i5 11400F processor, 32Gb Crucial Venegeance DDR4, Samsung EVO plus 970 1TB and a tower cooler.

Already had, case PSU, Geforce GTX670 and loads of HDD's and SSD's, externals etc. I've been trying with all of my incapable might to get this running Big Sur or Catalina and 4 days in I'm done, bald, old and finished!

Q1. - Can I run the OS on these components?
Q2. - If so, has anyone already done this build or very similar that could help?

Q3. - I've spoken to amazon and they have already started a return for the mobo and processor if I need to - Should I buy something else?

Thanks so much for reading, and I do hope I'm within the rules of the forum. What I really hope is that there's some crazy, hack whizz that will say, yeah, I know what to do, here you go!

I gave up in the end. Have sent back the other components and bought new ones. Still having difficulties though. I'm going to open a new thread with specificifics. Just a note to say thanks for your input.
