Curious things. In Monterey Beta 4 and 5 I can not compile OpenCore with the built-in build_oc.tool, I have the same error as @eSaF, however with your OpenCore-creator script I can compile it without errors 
Question: How can I deactivate the voice that informs to the user when starting the app? Thanks.

Put the volume of your mac at Off .. Joking

 

For stoping the voice on starting, 

Right clic /Contents/Resources/Scripts

open main.scpt

delete this line, 

do shell script "say \"Welcome,  Installer OpenCoreCreator\" &>/dev/null &"

 

See at the top bar - File then save end close the script

 

EDIT***  no Voice at the end

My bug was closed last night with a note "this was an Apple bug that is fixed on Beta 5", which I concur: I was able to successfully build OC at all my devices after upgraded to the new code last night as well.

Thanks for the info. I’ve noticed that it has been fixed. Mykola Grymalyuk was right.

 

@eSaF build success with Xcode 12.5.1 and Monterey 5. Both ways, @chris1111 app and built-in tool.

Beta 5 Like a breeze on my system.

 

Still experiencing slow boot (2 minutes) but at least since yesterday the system does not seem to get sluggish like it did with Beta 4 after a while.

Beta 5 boots as fast as Big Sur in my system. Now there is not any difference. Even shutdown.

I can't compare with BS but boot times with beta5 around 13-15 seconds

I have slow boot time during beta 3 and I found the culprit was my usb webcam. If i disconnect my webcam boot time was normal. Beta  4 solve my boot time problem with the webcam connected.

X58 update went very well but after the updating I lose all the USB ports I have already created new USB Port kext, but the problem is as usual any kind of recommendation or help would be greatly appreciated

I have tried disconnecting all USB stuff apart from the internal bluetooth card that I have swapped on my motherboard (WiFi + BT) and no change.

Is that a thing on Monterey? I have my ports mapped with hackintool since Catalina and have not noticed any USB malfunctions on Monterey. Now I’m wondering wether that is the cause of my slow boot time.

Mapped the usb on Catalina with hackintool created the kext etc .. But then Remapped and define the connectors on the ssdt thanks to @gengik84 https://www.macos86.it/topic/9-mappatura-porte-usb/?tab=comments#comment-126 From Catalina to Mrey b5 never used anymore kext only ssdt and the drop on the plist never jump always working in all osx 😏

I don't know if it help you. I had something similar with bluetooth (upgrade beta5, same configuration, no work). I changed SMBIOS and all work now (I mean 4 of 5 Hackintosh's I test with Monterey had the same issue).

Make sure the SMBIOS model in the usbMap or usbports kext matches what's set in config.plist.

Does not work for me, I tried it on both Big Sur 11.5 and Monterey beta 5, ended up getting a RX 6800 XT and it works OOB.
