Uploading files via wifi leads to panic

There is a computer (huanan x79) with BCM94360CD module via pci-e adapter and bigsur 11.4 system installed.
Everything works fine, stern tests pass without problems. But there is one problem associated with uploading big data through the wifi module (when uploading files to the site, when you run the speedtest during the upload test, the first download test will go off with a bang and show about 80 mb / s) in this case, the computer does not turn off completely and the image disappears, I tried to leave the music working at this time and it played from the speakers for about a minute, but there was no image. Before that, the Catalalina system was melting and there were no problems.
Initially I set up the system without cakes
but even with the addition of these kexts, nothing has changed
If during the screen shutdown you do not do anything, then after some time the computer will reboot and when the system boots up, the report shows the following information:

panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff801bbf9a25): userspace watchdog timeout: no successful checkins from com.apple.WindowServer in 120 seconds

tell me how to fix wifi so that the computer does not turn off (if you use a cable connection, then there are no problems, but where this computer is located there is no physical possibility to stretch the cable, so wifi is necessary)

If your Broadcom BCM94360CD is an Apple original card (in a PCIe adapter), it should work OOB and without any need for AirPortBrcmFixup of any Bluetooth patching kext. I'd actually expect those to disturb the Apple Card and would therefore recommend you got rid of them.

If it's not an Apple card, please provide details of the model. Several years ago, fake cards were known to ship from the Far East and, of course, they were crap.

NB: I would not expect any requirements for cakes either.

Broadcom BCM94360CD was bought on aliexpress as an original card from an apple computer that was in use, I had no problems with the module for about 3 years on previous operations, recently I decided to upgrade to bigsur and faced such a problem

Mine works perfectly and OOB under Big Sur in my Dell Latitude E6230. Must be something else wrong with your build.
