Asus X556U post install - Bluetooth and AppleALC audio don't workings

Hi,

after following various online guides, I successfully installed macOS Catalina on my laptop, but some things don't work:

- I can't see bluetooth devices, but is not a big deal for me;

- Audio isn't working.

I tried many layout ID, but the strange thing is that I can't disable "alcid=1" in clover boot loader boot arguments option, so I actually don't know if AppleHDA has been patched correctly by AppleALC.

I have a Realtek ALC255 (that is what linux cat command showed up to me)

Here's my laptop specs:

Intel Core i5-7200u

Intel HD Graphics 620

8 GB of 2133 MHz DDR4 Ram

256 GB Crucial MX500 SSD

I was also able to get Wi-Fi working, but I removed the Wi-Fi kexts for being able to shrink EFI folder down to 10 MB.

This is my first Hackintosh, so any help will be appreciated.

Thank you in advance

I can only assume you have an Intel wireless card so yes, Bluetooth is unlikely to be supported...

With regards to ALC255 audio, make sure you use AppleALC kext (plugin of Lilu kext) and experiment with the layouts mentioned in the wiki:
