Lilu 1.5 issue : Big Sur boot is very slow and CPU is at 100% frequency

When I update my dell laptop to Lilu 1.5 , Big Sur boot is very slow (screenshot attached)) and CPU is running at max frequency

When revert to Lilu 1.4.9 everything is OK
