Your i7-5930k CPU has no iGPU and your Maxwell GTX 980Ti graphics card has no support whatsoever beyond Sierra/High Sierra (in which it's only supported with the nVidia Web Driver due to lack of native support).

Meantime, you could install Catalina in default VESA graphics mode (i.e. without graphics acceleration/support) by disabling nVidia but it'll be slow and glitchy with very poor overall performance. Basically, you need to replace your GTX 980Ti by a suitable and compatible graphics card: a Kepler card for nVidia (the only nVidia cards supported in Mojave and Catalina) or any suitable AMD card such as RX 5x0/5x00 or things like that.
