Error while installing HighSIERRA (UNKNOWN ERROR SEARCHED EVERYWHERE BUT NOT FOUND)

MY laptop is HP-rtl8723b

intel i3 -5005u

4gb RAM

Intel HD 5500 Graphics

LCD Resolution: 1366 x 768
 

I used clover 5119 for building my 16gb usb drive after copying HIGH SEIRRA with CreateInstall MEDIA command than it boots upto some line than it shows like following error (please see image)

somehow I managed to install it upto some extent I dint used

 I dint used this one yet I am using my own till now when its installed from usb drive to hard disk it just work fine till it boots again but its just strange I can't load it fully
