chrisddie61527
Hey y’all, My Catalina 10.15.4 installer freezes at 2 minutes remaining and the logs give me a disk25s1 is not convertible to APFS: You may not install to this volume because it can not be converted to Apple File System. Dual-booted with Windows 10 & Ubuntu 18.04 i7-7500U Toshiba KSG60ZMV512G SATA M.2 SSD non-NVME non-EMC GUID Partition Table I’ve tried: Manually deleting whole container (partition) and formatting (the partition) to HFS+ using diskutil on Terminal Deleting container and volume on Disk Utility Attempting to update firmware, could not find any working updaters for my SSD The Base System sees the drives, so I don’t think it should be a kext issue. Looking at all the drives using diskutil list gives me a list of disks/volumes up to disk23s1 which is an image container in the usb so I’m confused why it is throwing disk25s1. Any ideas?
