Antonio 05200
Hi guys, sorry for my English. I recently installed macOS Catalina in my ASUS K56CM. I noticed that webcam and only one 2.0 USB don't work (my PC's got two USBs 2.0 and one 3.0 and strangely 3.0 works perfectly). I've got an optical mouse with leds and if I connect it to the port that doesn't work, lights turn on, but it doesn't work. I also noticed that installing USBInjectAll.kext and applying ports limit patch webcam starts working. But if I install this kext a bigger problem comes up. When I connect my iPhone to the Hackintosh I get the error "USB device needs power". Any idea? Thanks in advance. I attach my current CLOVER folder (without the kext and the patch in config) and patched config.plist with USB ports limit. Antonio 05200
You could: 1) With Clover Configurator app, modify your Clover config file ACPI section as follows: Add FixDarwin7 Remove Generate C States + Generate P States 2) Generate your CPU specific power management SSDT with Pike R Alpha's well-known generator tool/script. 3) Adjust your kexts as follows: add Rehabman's FakePCIID + FakePCIID_XHCIMux kexts Add Rehabman's USBInjectAll kext Remove IntelGraphicsFixup kext (not required if you use Lilu + WEG) 4) Reboot and generate your USBPorts kext/SSDT-UIAC table with Hackintool app. You'll then either run with USBInjectAll + SSDT-UIAC or run with USBPorts kext. Good luck.Hi, thanks for answering. I tried to generate SSDT with the tool that you suggested. But when I place it into my EFI folder and I boot MacOS it crashes. Why?
