Signing kexts with com.insanelymac.driver

I see that InsanelyMac have/had a certificate for { URL = "file:///Library/Extensions/AppleIntelE1000e.kext/", ID = "com.insanelymac.driver.AppleIntelE1000e" } kext made for hackintosh users..

Now my question is: can InsanelyMac help the hackintosh community "in a safe, open-sourced, supervised way" to sign some well know kexts? Like Soundcards, Network Cards, etc.

Many Mac user (since High Sierra) is struggling with old device not working due to missing signature OR AppleKextExcludeList.kext blacklist. Hackintosh user's still have a chance here..
