Cat Hack sluggish. Gt 710 to blame?

I have an Asus Z270-WS MB with 6700K build running Catalina 10.15.2 and a 14,2 SMBIOS.
System feels sluggish while playing youtube videos and a little slow. Have latest Lilu, applealc,
and Whatever green plugin kexts installed in L/E and cached. 

The video card is an Nvidia 710 GT

Is it slow because the card is old??

Doubt it but check you can always check the loaded nVidia driver to ensure it's a Kepler model (it should be). WEG not required for that kind of card. Sluggishness is most likely due to lack of CPU power management. Check that out.
