elephantsquid Posted December 3, 2019 Share Posted December 3, 2019 I'm running a 9980XE 18c @ 3.00GHz, Gigabyte X299 Designare EX mainboard, Vega 64 GPU. I'm running an EFI available from user nmano (http://bit.ly/2DDl6hR) and BIOS settings by user kgp (http://bit.ly/35Vqrx5). Boots nice and smoothly. My main application is Da Vinci Resolve Studio. Initial render tests in Resolve are topping out at 22% CPU usage. Application is reading at 250MB/s from a disk which tests at ~650MB/s. Results from Da Vinci Resolve are just below my current 8-core x99 hack. Geekbench 5 single-core score 1189, Multi-core score 13706.
