Icon next to KEXT in booted EFI

I got some weird icons next to some kext in the EFI.

What do they mean?

Thanks for answering and pointing out my shortcomings, but I didn't learn anything from your reply. Ok, it's tags, and so, what does they mean? Maybe a link to a webpage teaching stupid me what are they?

As the name implies, they're just tags, i.e. markers if you prefer! Used by individuals for their own particular reasons, mostly for classification and/or specific and easy identification. Very common to tag kexts placed in /S/L/E or /L/E to identify them out of the lot as non vanilla add-ons... Just common sense really.

 

There's nothing more to it.
